First Leap China Pay

• $18 to $26 USD/hour 

  • Comprised of base rate + bonus

  • Bonuses:

    • $2/class completion bonus

    • $1/class full attendance bonus

First Leap China Class Type

• Group classes of up to four students

• 45-minute classes

First Leap China Age range

• 3-12 years old

First Leap China Minimum Hours

• 12 hours/week

First Leap China Application Process

1. Submit application (click button below)

2. Complete 30-minute Zoom interview with mock class

3. Sign contract

4. Create teaching profile

5. Complete training (approximately 10 hours)

6. Start teaching

• Device: Windows or Mac (Windows preferred, Macbook Pro or Mac Pro)

• Processor: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent)

• Ram: At least 8GB of RAM

• Internet: 20 Mbps download & upload speed

• Required applications: Weclassroom and Dingtalk
